and selling. The barometer index BSE Sensex ended slightly higher
after recovering sharply in mid-afternoon trade. Expectations of a
further cut in policy rates by the Reserve Bank of India and firm
European markets triggered a late recovery. Volatility in index
heavyweight Reliance Industries (RIL) caused volatility in key
